- United States Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District has a requirement to purchase a 3D Concrete Screed.� This is a pre-solicitation, and the actual solicitation will be posted shortly. The requirement: Supply new Concrete Laser Screed with the following: Minimum of 24 horsepower diesel engine 18ft boom length 12ft vibrator Self-leveling head system 24 inches of head shift range Rotating head for transportation Four-wheel drive Tilt assist head Crab walk mode Soft landing feature Compatible with a 3-D profiler system Maximum tire width of six foot two inches Remote controlled Toolbox Pressure washer kit Operator platform Spare parts kit Spray system Two 16-gallon fluid storage tanks Provide training for four people Lifting points Provide at least a one-year warranty 3-D Profiler System Included tablet, with machine mount Included total station Compatible with supplied Laser Screed Provide training for four people 1/1 arc second of accuracy Survey and screed targets Included software to be jobsite ready Tripod / grade rod assembly Provide at least a one-year warranty
