Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with the United Drill Bushing Corporation for the procurement of Structural Repair Composite Tool Sets, P/N: 3156AS100-1, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems Program, United States Navy and Royal Australian Air Force Aircrafts. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email, no later than 16 July 2024 at 11:00 A.M. EDT to Mairen Flanagan at mairen.e.flanagan.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
