- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole-source solicitation (W912CH-24-R-0002) restricted to General Dynamics Land Systems Inc. (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-3200, for the Gen 4 CRA Kit.� The solicitation will be for 12 Gen 4 CRA Kits with an option for 12 more for the Stryker AntiTank Guided Missile (ATGM) Flat Bottom Hull (FBH), Double-V-Hull (ATVV) and Double-V-Hull A1 (ATVV-A1) fleets� A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
