- NASA GRC has a requirement for the�Fabrication of an Electrical Component Altitude Chamber. See the attached Statement of Work, Specifications, and RFQ for the full details of the solicitation.� This procurement is set aside for small business. Contract will be awarded by government purchase order. Offer shall include all applicable discounts. Offeror�s shall have an active registration at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Quote shall state offeror�s active UEI and Cage Code. Delivery IS FOB Destination. NASA Armstrong Test Facility, D-Site, Bldg 2311, 3597 Scheid Rd , Sandusky, OH 44870 Partial quotes will not be considered for award.
