- Schedule Notes: a) Contractor MUST bid on items. Contract can be awarded to multiple bidders if all�products are not available from a single source. b) ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF�TIMELY RECEIVED, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY. c) CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IN THESE SERVICES AND MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT NEEDED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS CONTRACT. d) EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (ATTACHMENT E) IS REQUIRED. PLEASE RETURN WITH PACKAGE. Scope of Contract Contractor shall furnish all products, including shipping to designated location described below� Description of Requirement Contractor shall schedule delivery at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
