- # Amendment 0001� The purpose of this amendment is to clarify� the ambiguity in the item requirement.� The ""Brand name or Equal"" statement in para. 7 on page 1 of the RFQ is hereby removed.� Please see amended RFQ.� This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA527024QA055 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote.
