Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), on behalf of the Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), GLERL, hereby issues this solicitation for Building 3 Addition Project. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price�(FFP) contract from this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all effort, work, planning, labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation and performance of all operations necessary for the GLERL, LMFS, Building 3 Addition Project.
