- ***Updated 7/2/2024*** This solicitation has been amended to update the Q&A sheet attached to this solicitation.� The Q&A attachment now contains all questions and answers we have provided and should be reviewed prior to submitting your response/quote & PWS. ***Updated 6/27/2024*** This solicitation has been amended to add the questions asked and answers provided thus far.� I have also extended the solicitation to Monday July 8 at 1pm eastern.� Please make sure to review the questions asked by interested parties in case there is useful information that will assist you in submitting your response. Interested contractors wishing to respond to this solicitation RFQ must prepare a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide their quote for performing the work described in the PWS to meet the objectives laid out in the SOO.� Please read the complete PDF attachment labeled ""B3 12639524Q0223"" before submitting any questions to the contracting officer.� Please pay specific attention to page 3, ""Notes to Quoters"" to ensure that your response is in accordance with the expections.
