- The contractor shall cut and remove all trees, brush and foliage 25? away from all sides of the power line within the contract area in accordance with section 3.1 and 3.2, as well as the attached set of drawings. The contracted tree clearing area begins at the Pine Creek Lake project office and extends to both the FRM (Flood Risk Management) Structure and throughout the Pine Creek Cove PUA. The contractor shall use a chemical spray in accordance with section 3.3 to ensure the slow regrowth of any vegetation. Clearing distances will be a minimum of .5 miles (Half Mile) with a maximum of 2 miles (Two Miles).
