Description
The purpose of this Amendment 0001 for RFQ 36C25924Q0547 is to answer vendor questions, set up a site visit and provide for an extension in the deadline for questions and quotes. Site Visit information: An organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 24th at 13:00 p.m. MST. Participants will meet at North entrance in front of Patriot Brew located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street Aurora, CO 80045. Participants can gather their questions and submit them as seen below. Participants must not ask questions of onsite VA employees. All questions answered outside of this requirement of this solicitation may disqualify a vendor from award. The deadline for all questions is 16:00 MT, 07/25/2024. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than the question cut-off date marked above to Natasha Holland at natasha.holland@va.gov. All questions will be answered officially through an amendment to the solicitation. Quotes are to be provided to natasha.holland@va.gov no later than 16:00 MT, 07/31/2024. Quotes shall not be hand carried. Faxed quotes shall not be accepted. Emailed quotes are the only method of submitted quotes (4MB email limit). The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial Quotes received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure shall not be considered for award. Questions and Answers Q1. What are your pain points with the incumbent? A1.
