Any registration documentation received after the deadline will not be accepted. 2.�� �Site Visit Registration Part 1 �2.1.�� �To register, email Chris Turner at christopher.c.turner@usda.gov with the following minimum information: � 2.1.1.�� � Email subject/title must include �12805B24R0032 Site Visit Registration.� � 2.1.2.�� � First and last name of attendees � 2.1.3.�� � Business Entity Name � 2.1.4.�� � �UEI SAM Registration number of the Prime business entity represented by attendees. �This UEI must match the UEI used in the proposal documentation. 3.�� �Site Visit Registration Part 2 �3.1.�� �Complete �Attachment 007 - Fillable Site Visit Visitor Application.pdf� One for each attendee. �3.2.�� �Note encryption instructions on the form. �3.3.�� �Email completed Attachment 007 per instructions in Attachment 007. 4.�� �Site Visit Registration Part 3� Complete background check form **See Attachment 006** 5.�� �Site Visit Details �5.1.�� �Contractors are required to bring their own Personal Protective Equipment required to enter the NBAF site: �Hard hat, yellow safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, mask, closed toed shoes [not sneakers], shoe covers and long pants. �5.2.�� �Please do not attempt to schedule alternate dates/times with the location or site visit sponsor. � �No phone inquiries will be accepted. � Notices: 1.�� � Inquiries and all correspondence concerning this solicitation should be submitted in writing to christopher.c.turner@usda.gov.� 2.�� �Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Government Point of Entry (sam.gov). 3.�� �Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. 4.�� �REE gathers the data regarding the length of time it takes for definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts on a rolling data call basis in which the awarding contracting office provides on a per modification basis. That data will be aggregated and will be available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/ as required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w). Data regarding this requirement was not gathered prior to FY23. 5.�� �The procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the USDA BioPreferred Program. �
