- Description
- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on (https://Sam.Gov/). The solicitation number is N40085-24-Q-2526 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms, and conditions as well as applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03, effective February 23, 2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 325998 and the Size Standard is 650 employees. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate as full and open competition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This posting is a request for competitive quotes. All quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government. Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 01 October 2024 � 30 September 2025. The proposed contract action also includes four (4) one � year option periods with an anticipated contract end date of 30 September 2029. Quotation Delivery Offerors/Quoters shall submit an electronic copy of the quotation in accordance with the instructions below by the due date. Offerors/Quoters shall only submit electronic quotations (.pdf and .xlsx format) in response to this solicitation. Only the PIEE Solicitation Module is authorized for the submission of electronic quotations in response to this solicitation. Quotes sent via a commercial carrier, such as Federal Express, hand carried or submitted electronically (i.e. via email) using other than the PIEE Solicitation Module will NOT be accepted. Electronic quotation submissions should be no larger than 1.9 GB per file. Offerors shall ensure that the Government has received the electronic quote prior to the date and time specified. PIEE Solicitation Vendor Access Instructions are provided via Attachment II. Offerors shall allow adequate time to upload files which may be slower for non-DoD users and to avoid other technical difficulties that may be encountered. Offerors are also responsible for submitting files in the format specified and consistent with requirements stated elsewhere in this solicitation. Files that cannot be opened or are otherwise missing the required content are the responsibility of the Offeror. PIEE system will record the date and time of package submittal. The date and time of package submittal recorded in PIEE shall govern the timeliness of any quotation submission. QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE 09 JULY 2024 AT 10:00 AM (EST). Quotes not received by the time and date specified may be rejected.
