Description
The U.S. Embassy in London hereby solicits proposals from qualified contractors for the repositioning of existing workstations and the installation of six (6) additional workstations, inclusive of all necessary modifications to power, IT, telecommunications, and HVAC systems within the CONS office. Eligibility and Requirements: Only entities specializing in the relevant field of work are eligible to submit proposals. Awards will be granted to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who meets the criteria of a responsible contractor as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The Government reserves the right to issue a Purchase Order or Contract based on an initial offer without engaging in discussions. All awards will be firm fixed-price type agreements. Registration Requirement: Pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7, all U.S. Government contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov prior to the contract award. Registration in SAM requires the provision of standard information including, but not limited to, the legal name of the company, street address, contact information, and the types of goods and services offered. Registration and obtaining an NCAGE code are free of charge. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete their registration in SAM prior to the submission of quotations or proposals. Important Dates: Site Visit: Expressions of interest to attend the site visit on July 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM BST�at the U.S. Embassy London, located at 33 Nine Elms Lane, SW11 7US, London, United Kingdom, must be submitted by 5:00 PM BST on July 18, 2024. Questions Submission: All inquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted to londonproc@state.gov by close of business on July 25, 2024. Inquiries will be anonymized, and responses will be disseminated electronically to all parties who have expressed interest in this solicitation. Proposal Submission: Quotations must be submitted electronically to londonproc@state.gov by 5:00 PM BST on August 7, 2024. No quotations will be accepted after this deadline. This solicitation is subject to all applicable federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. Non-compliance with any requirements may result in disqualification from consideration for the award. Late submissions will not be accepted.
