Description: NOAA intends to award a sole-source contract to General Oceanics, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, using SAP up to $7.5M as authorized by FAR 13.500(a) and implemented by FAR 13.501(a). This requirement is for five (5) Automated pCO2 Underway Measuring Systems that will allow NOAA to measure partial pressure of� CO2 (pCO2) in surface waters on ships of opportunity.� Please see the attached Synopsis memorandum for further information.
