Note for Appendix E, TEP Proposal Format - Not all formulas are added, workbook provided for format review and questions.� Final RFP will include formulas. -------------------- Update: 24 May 2024 Preproposal Conferences will be held 8-10 May 2024 and may be extended upon request. Contractors are encouraged to request a conference as soon as possible. Questions related to Industry Day and Draft RFP: 10 May 21024 - Initial Questions Due 20 May 2024 - Government responses to initial questions will be posted. (Updated from 17 May) 24 May 2024 - Any follow-up questions are due to the Government 31 May 2024 - Follow up questions and answers will be posted.�Update draft RFP. (Updated from 17 May). The government will accept additional final questions or comments on updated draft documents until 7 June 2024 and will post all� additional Q&A the following week. (Updated from 5 June/7June) --------------------- Alaska Radar System (ARS) Operation and Maintenance. The requirement consists of operations and maintenance of 15 geographically separated long-range radar sites (accessible by air and/or seasonal barge), three remote radio sites, and the Maintenance Control and Communications Center (MC3) activities of the Regional Air Operations Center (RAOC) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The radar operations are in direct support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) mission for air sovereignty within Alaska and provide civil aircraft information to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The ARS requirement is categorized by two distinct NAICS; which are, 561210 Facilities Support Services (and) 517810 All Other Telecommunications. Both industries are critical to the success of the ARS mission and cannot be segregated into separate requirements without unreasonable cost, schedule, and performance risk to the Government.
