Description

Amendment 0002� Amendment 0002 is being issued to provide answers to RFI received.� It extends the due date for proposals to July 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Time.�� Amendment 0001 - Issued with Synopsis/Solicitation The General Services Administration is looking for qualified firms to perform Custodial and Related Services at DuPage Airport, 2750 Aviation Drive, West Chicago, IL. Firms responding to this notice should be well experienced in providing services listed under NAICS 561720 - Janitorial Services. Firms must also conform to the SBA size standards present in NAICS 561720. This is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.�� Summary Objectives and Statement of Work This procurement will be for Custodial and Related Services identified in the Statement of Work.�The work will roughly consist of cleaning a 4,900 SF area and providing floor maintenance, carpet and rug cleaning, restrooms, and dispensers emptying. This will be a performance-based�contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards.
