- Houston Ship Channel, Texas - Placement Area (PA) Shoreline Protection. The scope of this contract is to repair and replace shoreline protection for PAs 14, 15, and Mid Bay. Shoreline repairs will be limited to small portions of each PA that have degraded over time. May include repairs to the outside face of existing dikes, removal/replacement of existing shoreline protection, and installation of attached breakwater to NW end of PA 15.
