Description

Amendment#2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date to Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 12:00pm EST *** Please read the attached documents*** The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Lymphoid Malignancies Branch (LyMB) uses a government-owned BD LSRFortessa Flow Cytometer (Serial# R647117700197) that requires a Brand Name or Equal BD High Throughput Sampler. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation,�75N91024Q00116, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (05/22/2024). The requirement�s North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. One firm fixed priced award is anticipated to be made as a result of this solicitation. Please submit questions concerning this RFQ via email by no later than 12:00PM EST on Monday, 06/24/2024. Quotes in response to this RFQ must be submitted via email no later than 12:00PM EST on Friday, 06/28/2024.
