This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures. This competition is set aside for small businesses (total small business set-aside competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 513130 � Book Publishers, size standard of 1,000 employees. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for the textbooks listed in the attached RFQ and Attachment 1 - Price Quote.
