Pre-solicitation Notice/Advertisement ������������������������������������ GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in CITY. STATE at NAME OF AIRPORT. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 515 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. State: NC City: Richlands Delineated Area: Albert J Ellis Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 515 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 515 Space Type: Office (On-Airport) Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 Action: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the one percent (1%) annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). A fully serviced lease is required.
