Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Kennedy Center) seeks to lease the following space: State: District of Columbia City:�Washington Delineated Area:�2,640 walkable linear feet (WLF) from the Kennedy Center Hall of States entrance (measured along handicap accessible, paved, pedestrian pathways from the main entrance of the offered building) Minimum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�28,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�42,500 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Parking Spaces (Non-reserved):�0 Full Term:�Up to 5 Years Firm Term:�3 Years �Option Term:�Up to 2 Years Additional Requirements: A Metrorail Station must be located within 2,640 walk-able linear feet (WLF) from the main entrance of the offered building, measured along handicap accessible, paved, pedestrian pathways. Offered space must be furnished, in �move-in� condition and occupiable no later than October 1, 2024. Offered space must be located on no more than two (2) floors, with no more than one (1) partial floor. ����������� Offered space must meet applicable requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
