Changes have been made to Plans and Specs. ****Amendment 0002**** ****Amendment 0001**** The site visit date is hereby changed from TBD to 10 June 2024 at 1000 local Kuwait time. See 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) ? ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) for additional instructions. ProjNet Instructions have been updated to clarify bidder inquiry date. ****Amendment 0001**** The intent of this solicitation is to select a single contractor that will be providing construction services for a microgrid for the installation of Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Government will evaluate the proposals in accordance with the criteria described herein and award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms with all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and whose proposal is determined to represent the overall best value to the Government, all factors considered.
