Description

Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) plans to award a Task Order (TO) under the NAVSUP DoD Wireless Services (Spiral 4) Multiple Award Contract to AT&T (N00244-24-D-0005). NAVSUP Spiral 4 Guidance (Mandatory Ordering Guide V 1.1) states that, �When FirstNet services are authorized, FirstNet Task Orders shall be awarded noncompetitively to AT&T�. (Reference ALLNAV Message R121659Z Feb 19)� The devices covered under this TO require FirstNet coverage. The anticipated ELINs are as follows;�AB01�Unlimited Voice & Text (w/Feature Phone ""Voice Only"" Device) QTY 15 /�AB02�Unlimited Voice/Unlimited Text/Unlimited Data (w/Network approved Smartphone 1-GEN behind current market offering) QTY 200 /�AB03�Unlimited Data Only (w/MiFi (Hotspot) or Internet Device) QTY 200 / AD02�Unlimited Mobile Broadband Plan with no Throtling QTY 30.
