Description: The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole?source, firm?fixed?price contract to HOTEL PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL for a single venue space consisting of multiple conference rooms, AV equipment and support, as well as 5-star hotel lodging for an estimated 150 conference attendees from December 1 to 7, 2024, located within 3 blocks of Pasaje Polanco Masaryk, Polanco, Mexico, D. F., Mexico.�Given that HOTEL PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL is the only vendor capable of meetting these needs for the dates listed, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government�s best interest to sole source this requirement.
