Description

The California National Guard Counterdrug Task Force is seeking to lease a 48-foot x 60-foot modular office building with associated services and the lease of certian office furniture items in Los Alamitos, CA. The contractor shall perform services including, but not limited to, modular office delivery and setup, electrical utility connection, preparation of modular office for occupation, and regular servicing of modular trailer wastewater holding tanks in the frequencies described within the attached Performance Work Statement and Technical Exhibits. A site visit was conducted on June 6, 2024 at 10:30AM PST. Responses to the RFIs and clarifications asked during the site visit are included in Attachment 1, Responses to Site Visit RFIs. Offers are due to this office no later than June 14, 2024 at 04:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Point of Contact for this solicitation is Roger Bond at roger.a.bond4.mil@army.mil and Curtis Alexander at curtis.l.alexander.civ@army.mil. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
