PR No: 7006884287.� This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a RETAINER,TURNLOCK F.� This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5325-01-664-9892 USSC ACQUISITION CORP 82TL6 P/N 3NN9-45XNN09-XX Quantity: 124 Each Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be a small business set aside competition. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A 100% Quantity Option will not apply.� A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received.� The anticipated issue date is on or about July 31, 2024.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
