Giant Voice Repair i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.Solicitation FA4877?23?QA?317 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) iii.This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 5 May 2024, The DFARS provisions and clauses are those effective �04/25/2024, The DAFFARS provisions and clauses are those effective 06/12/2024. iv.This procurement is being issued as a small business set?aside. Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Offers may be submitted on the SF 1449, letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified in the solicitation. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately.� (f)�� �Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers. (1)�� �Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows:� Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021)� (a) The Government will evaluate offers submitted in response to this solicitation and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government, considering both price and other relevant factors. The evaluation of offers will be based on the following criteria: (i)�� �Technical Capability: The extent to which the offered service meets the specific requirements of the Government. (ii)�� �Price: �� �The total cost �� �proposed by the offeror for the required service. The lowest-priced offer will be evaluated first for technical acceptability and overall value to the Government.
