- **Sources Sought / Industry Day** **Temporary Hangar Facility** **1. Introduction** The Government is seeking inputs from industry for a temporary hangar facility. The information provided will be used to develop the Government's requirement package. The Government requests product literature for a facility meeting the minimum requirements outlined below. In addition to providing technical literature, the Government is also seeking meetings with interested vendors to assist the Government in developing the requirement. **2. Industry Day** Industry meetings will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and must be scheduled ahead of time. If a vendor does not have access to Microsoft Teams, contact the POC for alternate arrangements. Industry Day will be held between 28 May 2024 and 31 May 2024. Meetings will be scheduled for no more than one hour and are intended to provide contractors an opportunity to showcase commercial solutions and a forum for dialogue between the Government and potential contractors. The Government intends to limit meetings to the first five vendors scheduled. To schedule a meeting, please contact Ms. Samantha Hough at samantha.hough.2@us.af.mil.�� **3. Facility Minimum Requirements** The Government is seeking structures similar to clamshell facilities, Tension Fabric Buildings, Fabric Membrane Structures, Pre-engineered / Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. The Government requires a facility that meets the following minimum requirements: * Facility Entrance Hangar Door � 160� wide x 50� tall * Facility Rear Roll Up Door � pull through standard truck size roll up door * Facility Dimensions � 160� wide x 175� long x 55� tall * Facility must be capable of maintaining minimum 45 degrees Fahrenheit in winter conditions. Electric heat is preferred. * Facility must have electric sufficient for lighting (and electrical heat if available). * HVAC System for heat and ventilation **4. Industry Inputs** The Government also seeks industry inputs on the following: * Estimated cost for purchase of one facility (this is non-binding to the contractor and is for market research purpose only) * Estimated cost for lease of one facility for one year (this is non-binding to the contractor and is for market research purpose only) * Does the contractor have the capability of providing electrical generators and heaters as a lease package with the facility? * If the contractor does not provide facility and utility lease packages, are there any contractual lease terms that the Government must be aware of for self-acquiring utilities? * Lead time from time of award to delivery and installation * Disassembly and demobilization timeframes * What is the minimum foundation requirement for the facility? **5. Submission of Information** Interested parties are requested to provide the written requested information no later than 31 May 2024.� Requests for industry meetings must be submitted no later 22 May 2024.� Submissions should be sent electronically to Ms. Samantha Hough at samantha.hough.2@us.af.mil. **6. Number of Facilities Required** The Government requires between 1 and 6 facilities. **7.
