Description

On or about 11 July 2024, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Class III Cultural Resources Inventory in Portions of Buffalo, Hyde, Hughes, and Stanley Counties, South Dakota. The solicitation will close on or about 8 August 2024. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide cultural resource services to the United States Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District (USACE) on lands where USACE has Cultural Resource management authority associated with Big Bend and Oahe Project Offices. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform cultural resource services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Period of Performance:� The period of performance for the contract, including base and any exercised options, will be 1095 days (3 Years). NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, with a size standard for Small Business of $28,000,000.00. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561720 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
