Description
Structural Engineering services for a USG-owned building in Vienna, Austria. Detailed Survey, file study and Evaluation of the structural condition One�document explaining the condition of the building from an independent professional point of view with the purpose to: support the internal decision-making pointing out defects in the supporting structure (e.g. cracks) and structural defects (e.g. moisture ingress) Services should include but not limited to:� Detailed room-by-room inspection Procurement and evaluation of as-built documentation Inspection of evidence from Wiener Linien Evaluation of crack measuresments Wiener Linien Assessment with condition class 1 (very minor defects) to 5 (very severe damage) Structural analysis of local areas, if required for the evaluation Preparation of report in English Development of refurbishment measures including cost estimation One document to support the internal decision-making Services should include but not limited to:??????? Development of three refurbishment concepts, budget medium luxury Creation of structural models for the assessment of structural replacement measures (e.g. steel frames, concrete frames) Creation of structural models for the assessment of structural ceiling reinforcements Cost Estimation of the three refurbisment concepts Preparation of report in English Seismic Report (Earthquake Analysis) ??????????????One document to support the internal decision-making Analysis of the Earth Quake resistance according to current national building codes Services should include but not limited to: Verification of the masonry compressive strength und stiffness� (costs of removal und destructive testing not included in this offer) Modification of building stiffnesses� Creation of seismic model� Execution of the earthquake verification� Verification of the earth quake resistance in the current condition Preparation of seismic report in English� Structural report for external use One document to support the internal decision-making Purpose is a report that defends the interest of the client and help to claim damages to a third party. Services should include but not limited to: Summary of all damages associated with the underground construction works� Prove that damages have been caused by underground construction site by time and settlement� Assessment of damage with a focus on structural design issues Composing of structural claim report in English� Submittal Instructions� All interested and capable contractors must submit an electronic copy of their SF330s (see attached PDF form), via email, by the closing time/date of this announcement. No hard/physical copies will be accepted. They must be submitted to the contracting officer at acquisitionsembvienna@state.gov��
