- Amendment 4. Answer questions since the last amendment: 1. How many shred trucks arrive at the main hospital on M-T-W to shred? 1, 2 or 3? 1 2. How many 64 gallon bins does VA staff have pre-staged (M-W-F) for shredding before the shred truck arrives? I don t believe they are 64 gallon bins, They are 98 Gallon. Ranges from 8-15 bins all depending on many factors like if we are vacating spaces, retirements and such. 3. On average on any given week at the main hospital M-T-F; how many pounds of PII is shredded weekly? The last report indicated there was 11,718 lbs at the Main hospital. 4. In the PWS, it mentions Off-site shredding. Please confirm if that Is allowed, none of the other shred contracts allow for off-site shredding. There is no shredding done at VACT, the vendor takes it to their facility
