- Sources Sought Notice (SSN) Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) This SSN is for market research and planning purposes only, and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this SSN. Your response to this SSN will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this SSN. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this SSN. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332321 with a minimum business size of 750 employees and Product Service Code (PSC) of N056. Background: CAVHS, North Little Rock Campus, B102 in order make B102 comply with ADA standards and building accessible for all customers and employees automatic door openers must be installed on the main entrance doors. Install automatic door openers on the Emergency Department male and female waiting room restrooms at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital. Scope of Work: FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL AS FOLLOWS: B102 Main Entrance Door 6070 pair of clear wide stile doors and frame 1 ¾"" x 4 ½"" jambs Flush bolts inactive MS lock active Center muntins Push/pull handles Concealed continuous hinges Sweeps Rino bond instead of glass 1 pair 4000 operators 72"" JLM Emergency Department Restroom Doors 2 each LHR 7000 operators 2 each dual wireless touchless switch kits with receivers 2 each 1 0LZR micro-scan 1 UT safety sensor kits Delivery: Vendor shall deliver/install new equipment no later than 30-days from the date of award. All work will be performed Monday Friday (Excluding National Holidays), 8am 4:30pm. Schedule must be approved by the Contracting Officer Representative before any work is performed.
