- Amendment 4 Posting of Industry Day/One-on-One questions and answers. Amendment 3 Posting of Points of Contact for Interested Parties List as requested in One-on-One sessions. Amendment 2 Posting of presentation slides from Industry Day held June 5 & 6, 2024 at NASA Glenn Research Center. Amendment 1 Change of NAICS Code from 561210 to 541715 and updated response date.� Please see edits below. Presolicitation Synopsis Test Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering III (TFOME III) - 80GRC024R0001 NASA GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Test Facility Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering III (TFOME III). The TFOME III contract will acquire engineering and technician support, manufacturing and development support, and the operations, maintenance, inspection, and certification support services needed to conduct aeronautics, space related testing in GRC test facilities and laboratories, and related services for the Facilities, Test, and Center Operations Directorate (FTCOD) at Lewis Field (LF) and Armstrong Test Facility (ATF). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.��� This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 - Research and Development�in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) and 1,000 employees, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about August 22, 2024,with an anticipated offer due date of on or about October 7, 2024. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the� Agency.
