- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the 316 CONS, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement for Vehicle Barrier and Ballard (VB-M&R) Maintenance Services contract.���The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Workstatement. The Solicitation is anticipated to be posted to beta.sam.gov Contract Opportunities on or about 18 July 2024. Period of performance is a base year of twelve (12) months, with four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each. Point of contact: charles.maddox.8@us.a.mil This requirement will be a total 100 % Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811210 Electronic and Precision Repair Equipment Services for which the Small�Business size standard is $34 million. The PSC code is R499. The closing date for the receipt of�quotes will be finialized in the official RFP to be forthcoming.� �The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number FA286024R0006. This requirement will be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release on SAM.Gov via Contract Opportunities. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email�copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for the posting of the RFP and any amendments.
