COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0126 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-05. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5631 Revision 21 Effective 5/6/2024 for Yolo County, CA is applicable and is attached. This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted.� The associated NAICS code is 812331 and the small business size standard is $40 million. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery is required starting September 29, 2024, and continues weekly at the USDA, ARS, WHNRC at 430 West Health Sciences Drive in Davis, CA 95616. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
