Description
Baker Fire Crew Quarters for BLM-Vale District Office, Baker County, Oregon This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for the construction of the Baker Fire Crew Quarters located at Baker City, Oregon, for the BLM Vale District Office. Work shall include the construction of an approximately 3,600 square foot building that contains bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, and associated support spaces for the seasonal use of BLM�s fire crews. This building will be built at 3198 13th St, Baker City, OR 97814. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period is 365 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $45 million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are Relevant Experience where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 7/25/2024. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency
