Description

This is an ""Invitation for Bids"" Project Title: Vehicle Exhaust System Repair for Building B34250 A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). All bid bonds must be originals; photocopies w ill not be accepted. Performance and payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15 DEV) This is a 100% competitive set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Ow ned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS 238220 w ith a small business size standard of $19 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Dona Ana County is 6.500% as of the date of solicitation . Bid Opening Address: MICC-Fort Bliss, 111 Pershing Rd. Room 220, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 Bid Opening date and time: July 10, 2024 @ 0930 Bidders� are required to provide a CD copy of their bid documents along w ith their hard copy of IFB submission. All Bid shall be in a sealed envelope. Resulting contract w ill be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). (UPDATE): All American AA LLC was the lowest bidder. Please see attached Abstract OIffers.
