All updated documents will be available on the Bidder's Library by COB Wednesday, 10 July. _______________________ Update #17 20240627 (ARS - PCO) ALCON, The E2 Team has been diligently working through revisions and do not believer our second draft RPP is ready for release yet. The team is postured to be complete and release by the week of 8 July. Industry Day #2 (Primes Only) � Please note that we are moving the dates for Industry Days from week of 8 Jul to 15 Jul. We are planning to have another Industry Day in the week of 15 July. The dates/times are TBD at this time. Each Prime will have a 1-hour Teams meeting with E2 Team (No in-person option). Please reach out to Rachel or Heather if you are planning on participating in this event. E2 Timeline/Schedule The formal RPP/Final MBSE Model release date has been pushed to the mid-week of 22 Jul. E2 team decided to delay the RPP release, to accommodate industry feedback to our RPP documents as much as we can. To ensure that ASSET is available for Epoch 2 proposal tasks, the AFIT team behind ASSET have asked interested parties to provide what ASSET distribution / run method everyone plans to use (matlab with p-code, executable, or if anyone needs a docker option) as well as the environment they plan to run on (operating system mainly). This will enable the AFIT team to prioritize the correct resources and keep ASSET running at its best through the solicitation period. Please reach out to the POCs to schedule your one-on-ones. _______________________ Update # 8 20240506 (ARS - PCO) ALCON, Updated E2 GRA Model � We have made updates to our initial model. We recommend re-download the whole model packages from the Bidder's Library (DoD Safe request to Lt Jung if your application is still in works). Going forward, we will provide specific changes made to the model via �Change page� (as well as the Bidder's Library). This will ensure proper version control, however, please redownload to ensure a baseline is utilized. � Draft RPP Response Due Date Extension � We�ve received a few requests from industry for a response due date extension. We understand your need for more time, and we appreciate your dedication and hard work to provide us with well-drafted response. With that, we are extending the 10 May deadline to (noon - 1200) 15 May. Please keep in mind that we appreciate your responses as soon as they are ready; this will allow our team the time to thoroughly review all your responses.
