Amendment 0004 is issued to answer questions from offerors. The amendment updates Attachment 4 Questions and Answers; incorporates Attachment 5 Dormitory Layout; and updates Section D - List of Attachments of the RFQ. See Attachment 70FA2024Q00000030 A0004, RFQ Attachment 4, and RFQ Attachment 5 for details.
