- AMENDMENT 0001 TO RFQ W912PF24Q0087 (see Attachment) -The purpose of this Amendment is to postpone the due-in date to 29 July 2024, at 12.00 pm, to allow the Government the time necessary to finalize the Amendment required to reply to the Questions received by the Offerors and make other changes to the Solicitation. Description of the service: This is a non-personal service for the Maintenance and Repair of Photovoltaic Systems at DMC, USAG Italy.. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment to perform services under this contract and shall perform 100% of the work under this service with its own workforce. Only the technical assistance provided by authorized service center technicians is allowed in order to perform activities on proprietary systems or services requiring direct manufacturer support. See the attached Request for Quotation W912PF24Q0087 for details. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period: The performance period is: 8 September 2024 - 7 September 2025 Base Year 8 September 2025 - 7 September 2026 Option Year One 8 September 2026 - 7 September 2027 Option Year Two . Method of Contracting: This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a� Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material type contract. Response date: Please, check in the Request for Quotation (Due-in date for the submittal of quotation) Site visit/ pre-quote conference: A pre-quote conference will be held. on MS Teams on 18 June 2025 at 10.00 am.
