- NSF is seeking support for its development of the FY 2022-2026 Strategic Plan and Learning Agenda, particularly in performing an environmental scan and in engaging NSF communities to provide input to the plan. NSF�s strategic plan process begins with an assessment of the current operating environment and identification of opportunities and risks in that environment in the years to come. NSF�s environmental scan for the FY 2026-2030 Strategic Plan will help identify opportunities to advance the agency�s mission of scientific discovery in key areas, and train the next generation of scientists and engineers.
