Description: In response to the wear and tear accumulated over time, the targeted carpeted area, as indicated in the attached document, requires renovation. This project entails the replacement of worn-out carpeting spanning 8,769 square feet, alongside the installation of new baseboards totaling 2,520 linear feet. We propose upgrading to 24� x24� carpet tiles for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
