- The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure scientific laboratory equipment to provide laser patterning capabilites, that meets the specifications detailed in Section C of the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. � Market research for this procurement has found multiple brands of equipment that are capable of meeting these specifications.� Offers should include a detailed technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
