- This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The�associated NAICS code is 423490. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1.� Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment.� The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award�a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. All offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov.� Items are listed as follows:�� 1.�Item No. L2X-20-HG Futura Silver Series 20 Cu. Ft.
