Please see the revised COMBO with all changes marked in red attached below. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �---BREAK---- On the behalf of the 673d Air Base Wing/ Inspector General, 673d Contracting Squadr on is requiring the items listed below. This solicitation is for all or none. All quotes shall be FOB Destination with a lead time of 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Please include any discounts that may apply.� The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable & Technical Compliance IAW Salient Characteristics ( Please see Attachment 1 � Salient Characteristics List) WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ.
