UPDATES Coming soon, please hold all quotes/bids as this will be extend to COB, July 15, 2024. ____________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining ALL quotation documents and acknowledging any amendments, and should re-visit this website periodically to check for any changes to this notice, updates, or amendments without further notice from the USMMA. This requirement is a total set-aside for certified small business. Offers received from firms that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected (in accordance with FAR 52.219-06 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside which applies to this solicitation). All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is �424350 Clothing and Clothing Accessories Merchant Wholesalers with a small business standard size of 500 employees. Technical specifications include that quoted manufacture is Brand name or equal to the requested model number, compliant to markings and delivery schedule.� Offers must be brand name or equal to referenced model number herein to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. QUOTE ALL or NOTHING. The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, labor, parts, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply request laptop package for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY 11024.� All supplies must be in accordance with the attached Solicitation and stipulated timeline of the Statement of Work (SOW). � A Single, Firm Fixed-Price Award will be made to the responsible offeror, whose quote, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the offeror meets the requirements described in the requirement and past performance of similar size, scope and complexity. SAM REGISTRATION All interested parties must have an active registration with the federal SAM system (https://www.sam.gov/ ) to receive an award. The provision at 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation.
