Questions and Answers will be posted 10 July 2024 no later than 1400 PDT. *AMENDMENT 1* 08 JULY 2024 The� solicitation submission date is here by moved from 1200 on 09 July 2024 to 1200 on Monday 15 July 2024. Answers to question will be posted 09 July 2024 in Amendment 2.� Request for Quote Number: FA4610-24-Q-0029 Project Title: Base Sign Change This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a Base Sign Change requirement at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combination synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 339950, �Sign Manufacturing�, with a size standard of 500 Employees. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document, the Statement of Work (SOW) for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.� Quanities may be found on attachments 3 and 4 Site Maps. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section).� All firms or individuals responding must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).� Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.� A site visit will be held 3 July at 1000 am PST at the VSFB Visitor Center. All interested parties must complete and submit a base access request form no later than 1300 2 July 2024 to TSgt Mitchel Rinehart at mitchel.rinehart@spaceforce.mil.
