Description
Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Richmond VAMC is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses, capable of providing Radiation Monitors that meet the following: Light Detector Measures voltage from the output voltage test points on X-ray machines Orientation Independent Automatic with no Menus or Selections Without The Need to Select Ranges or Special Modes. Sensors analyzed directly on the base unit. Radiation Monitors Intuitive interface and effortless measurements of X-ray Sensors for R/F, Mammo, CT and Light measurements Suitable for all standard imaging procedures in diagnostic X-ray Small radiological footprint minimizing the impact of the automatic exposure control of the X-ray machine Use it on all R/F applications without the need to select ranges or modes X-Ray Volt Sensor Used for measuring voltage from the output voltage test points on X-ray machines. Suitable for all standard imaging procedures in diagnostic X-ray Use it on all R/F applications without the need to select ranges or modes The voltage corresponds to a kV or mA/mAs. Built-in conversion factors can be selected in the base unit to calculate and display the corresponding kV or mA/mAs. Volt sensor can also be used for connecting other measurement devices providing a voltage signal between ± 16 V, such as a mAs clamp for non-invasive mAs measurements. Multipurpose Tissue/Cyst Ultrasound Phantom Multipurpose Tissue/Cyst Ultrasound Phantom Material: Zerdine Evaluates system and transducer performance Depth calibration Resolution, dead zone, and lateral resolution measurements Scatter: Mimics healthy liver parenchyma Positional tolerance of wires: ± 0.10 mm of stated distance Diameter of cylindrical targets: ± 5 % of stated diameter Base material: Cork Storage temperature: 32 °F to 150 °F (0 °C to 66 °C) Vital Signs and ECG Patient Simulator Portable vital signs simulator solution for troubleshooting in the field or testing on-the-go. Light weight and equipped with enough battery life to last a full workday Field upgradeable firmware Simple user interface and stay connected ECG posts Streamlined cable requirements Pairs with ProSim SPOTLIGHT and other devices for comprehensive testing Portable patient simulator for evaluating the performance of patient monitor Radiation Monitors Safety Monitor/Sensor unit used to measure radiological parameters including dose, dose rate, kVP, HVL, total filtration, exposure time, pulses, pulse rate and dose/pulse all in one exposure. Waveforms of kV and dose rate can be analyzed directly on the base unit. Intuitive interface and effortless measurements of X-ray Sensors for R/F, Mammo, CT and Light measurements Suitable for all standard imaging procedures in diagnostic X-ray Small radiological footprint minimizing the impact of the automatic exposure control of the X-ray machine Use it on all R/F applications without the need to select ranges or modes EMC: Must be according to IEC 61326-1 SAFETY: Must be according 61010-1 X-RAY METERS STANDARD: Must comply with IEC 61674 OPERATING TEMPERATURE 15 35 °C (59 95 °F) STORAGE TEMPERATURE: -25 70 °C (-13 158 °F) POWER SOURCE: Rechargeable Li ion battery BATTERY TIME: Should be about ~ 10 hours intensive usage BATTERY TESTED: According to UN 38.3 DISPLAY: No larger than 5 and should be LCD with capacitive touch Vital Signs Simulator, Handheld Patient Simulator used to complete preventive maintenance testing with one device Combination ECG simulator, fetal simulator, arrhythmia simulator, respiration simulator, temperature simulator, IBP simulator, cardiac output simulator, cardiac catheterization simulator, NIBP simulator and SpO2 simulator Stay-connected ECG posts for easy/secure ECG snap and lead connections Custom SpO2 R-curve for accurate testing of oximetry technologies Static pressure linearity testing All respondents shall indicate/provide the following: Whether or not they are small business manufacturers of the products they wish to offer, or if they are a reseller of a small business manufacturer. Is your company interested in providing a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) quote or Open Market (indicate FSS contract #)? Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. Whether or not your company has an active SAM registration and the companies Unique Entity Identifier. A copy of its capabilities statement. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable.
