Johnson VA Medical Center requires an Osmometer that has the following specifications: The osmometer must be laboratory grade. Meet UL requirements for safety and performance. Must fit in the space provided, approx. 16x18x20 The voltage must be 100-240 VAC. Must have a STAT testing feature. Must have automated pipetting and continuous loading. Must have an integrated barcode scanner. Must run urine, plasma, and serum samples. Must allow for eventual connection to LIS for auto-verification of results.
