Description
The Government seeks to replace tainter gates 1, 2, and 3 at Newt Graham Lock and Dam 18 in Wagoner County, OK. The gate replacement work consists of the removal of the existing tainter gates, the off-site fabrication of new tainter gates, and the delivery and installation of the new tainter gates at the Newt Graham Lock and Dam. Amendment 0001 provides the following: 1) A new but unchanged specifications section is provided. This specification file is smaller file size and searchable. 2) The amendment provides information on the site visit. It will be held on Monday, 8 July at 1300 (1pm) Central time. Please see Section 00 21 00, FAR Clause 52.236-7 for additional information. 3) The amendment provides page 2 of the SF1442 which was missing in the original solicitation. 4) The amendment corrects an improper reference regarding features of work that will be viewed more favorably in Section 00 22 11, para 5.2.1.2. 5) The amendment provides an updated Wage Determination at Section 00 73 46. 6) The construction manager requirement has been removed from Section 00 22 11, para 5.3.1. 7) The recency of projects have been changed from 5 years to 6 years in Section 00 22 11 in para 5.1.1, 5.1.2.1.a, 7.2.1, and in Attachment 1.8) In Section 7.1.4, if non-government experience does not delineate socio-economic categories which are tracked by the government (SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB) the overall SB subcontracting experience will be sufficient to evaluate past subcontracting experience.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
